Ballet School


A combination of ballet, pilates and yoga all in one. This class is a full body workout that tones and tightens muscles in all the right places. It combines the use of a ballet barre, free weights, small exercise balls, resistance bands and much more. Become your own version of a ballerina with no prior dance experience needed!

Come build and tone your muscles with our strength training class using free weights and/or your own body weight. This rigorous interval training involves a combination of cardio to increase the heart rate and resistance training to sculpt and tighten where needed

Bike and Barre is a proud family-run, co-ed boutique fitness studio that focuses on small group exercise and specializes in indoor cycling, barre and body sculpting classes. Whether you're looking for a fast-paced challenge in our lively spin classes, or you're focused on de-stressing in a relaxing atmosphere - this mother-daughter dynamic duo is dedicated to making your workout an overall positive experience.
